Executives’ lives are getting more complex and more stressful and this can create some challenges and confusion in their personal and professional lives.

A coach partners with executives to navigate through these challenges to move
the executive forward by providing structure, accountability, feedback and support.
It is a tailor-made journey that happens over a time frame of 3 to 6 months
(6 to 15 hours) depending on the progress of the client, and focuses on issues
ranging from improved communication, leadership, time management, work life
balance and much more.

A coach’s role is to stretch the executive to turn wants and desires into reality to achieve greater success. Some of the strategies a coach uses are to:
listen
observe
support
motivate
elicit strategies
NLP techniques

Generally, a coach does not give advice, but instead empowers the executives to find the answers and resources within themselves. A coach helps to unlock what the executive already knows.

An executive’s role is to:
want to change
commit to change
be open and flexible
do the work
